2009年中国国际教育展将于10月17日在北京拉开帷幕，随后巡回武汉、上海、成都和广州5个城市，以下为日本国此次参展院校御茶水女子大学简介：

　　Ochanomizu University

　　御茶水女子大学

　　 Ochanomizu University is a highly selective, scholarly and cultured women’s

　　university that enrolls approximately 3400 students. The university promotes

　　the development of independence with foresight in its students, nurturing their

　　natural talents so that they gain not only academic knowledge but also deep

　　insight into international society and strong leadership ability.

　　With its long history, the university has educated women who became pioneers

　　in new fields, such as the first female doctor and the first female holder of

　　a Ph.D. in Science.

　　There are over 200 international students from all over the world studying

　　at the university. Approximately 7.5 % of the students are international

　　citizens, which is one of the highest percentages of the national universities

　　in Japan. The Global Education Center, where the faculty members are specialists

　　in Japanese linguistics, second language acquisition and cross-cultural

　　communication, offers a variety of courses for Japanese as a second language.
