Spears and Cool J to host American Music Awards

　　LOS ANGELES—A collaboration between Britney Spears and LL Cool J is in the works.

　　Jerzy Dabrowski/Zuma Spears, who was tapped last mo nth to be the host of the 28th annual American Music Aw ards, is now sharing those duties with the Grammy-winni ng actor and hip-hop artist.

　　The three-hour music awards show will air Jan. 8 fr om Los Angeles on ABC. Producer Dick Clark announced on Monday that LL Cool J would join the program.

　　Country singer Faith Hill led nominees with four, w hile Marc Anthony and rock band Creed got three nods ap iece.

　　Aerosmith is getting the AMA's Award of AMA's Award of Achievement.
