16-year-old arrested after family found dead

　　A 16-year-old boy was arrested after his parents an d two siblings were found dead along a rural road near the small mountain community in northeast Washington.

　　Investigators said the bodies were covered with sno w. All four, including the two siblings, ages 11 and 18 , were believed to have been shot at their home on Dec. 23 and then taken to the nearby road in the family pick up, investigators said.

　　William L. Lembcke, 16, was booked into the Stevens County Jail for the investigation of first-degree murde r.

　　The boy had a juvenile record, and the family had b een having problems.
