Shanghai should launch a pre-marriage training plan or even open related courses in universities to improve the marriage quality,said Xu Anqi,an expert in marriage.

　　The training before marriage aims to boost not only the physiologically health but the psychological health as well,Xu said.

　　The key problems that the city's families are facing are extramarital affairs and domestic violence,mostly caused by the unstable marriage foundation,psychological immaturity and poor understandings before marriage,Xu said.

　　A survey indicated that a couple with deep love before marriage and mutual interest can have a stable marriage.

　　The researchers will teach the know-how on how to keep a better relationship after marriage and what is the suitable marriage model,Xu said.

　　The training also involves the property notarization before marriage,Xu said.Though 57.4percent people considered the notarization before marriage was against the traditional viewpoint of Chinese people,more than 90percent divorce cases last year involved property disputes.

　　It is beneficial to marriage that people should keep rational before marriage,Xu said.

　　According to a survey by the US researchers,the couples that received training before marriage have enjoyed much stabler marriage than the couple didn't.The training was conducted to more than one million US couples so far.
