　　Everyone has heard the story that on Christmas Eve, Santa Claus brings presents to good children around the world. But is Santa Claus and his story real? If not,swheresdid he come from?

　　The story most people believe is one about a man named St. Nicholas. People say he was a bishop (主教) in Turkey (土耳其) who was kind and helped the poor. In one story, he threw bags of gold down a chimney (烟囱) to a family in Italy (意大利) who needed help. The daughters in the family needed money so that they could get married.

　　大家都听说过一个传说，圣诞老公公在圣诞前夜会带礼物给全世界所有的乖小孩。但圣诞老公公和他的传说是真的吗？如果不是，他从哪儿来的呢？

　　大多数人相信的一个说法和一位名为圣?尼古拉斯的人有关。据说他是一位土耳其的主教，他很仁慈而且经常帮助穷人。有个故事提到他从一个烟囱投掷了三袋金币给一户需要帮助的意大利人家。而这户人家的女儿们正需要钱结婚，这样她们就可以结婚了。

　　一、二月：休假

　　三月：照顾会长出玩具的玩具树，在玩具工厂工作。

　　四月：训练驯鹿飞行(train the reindeers to fly)和拉雪橇。

　　五月：锻炼身体，增强体力(stamina)。

　　六月：保养雪橇(maintain the sleigh)。

　　七月：列出好孩子名单(make a name list of good children)。

　　八、九月：采收及包装礼物(pick and wrap gifts)。

　　十月：分配每个孩子的礼物。

　　十一月：装扮自己和驯鹿，并且把礼物放进口袋！

　　十二月：分送礼物的时候到了！
