In an airport hangar in suburban Chicago members of the Wright Redux Association work on a replica of the first airplane flown by the Wright brothers on 17 December 1903. This replica is scheduled to fly at Chicago's Museum of Science and Industry next year on the 100th anniversary of the Wrights' first flight. Another replica, being built in Virginia, is slated to fly on that date at Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, the site of the first flight.
