THE Oris Watch Factory has announced the signing of a commercial agreement to become an "Official Supplier" to - and "Watch Partner" of - the famous BMW Williams F1 Racing Team. A large number of events are being planned both during Formula 1 races and the Basel Watch and Jewellery Fair, with the BMW Williams F1 Team.

　　Oris, the Swiss watch company founded in 1904 by Paul Cattin and Georges Christian, already has an established relationship with the worlds of sport, music and the arts. The company markets five ranges of precision time pieces including chronographs with more than 31 individual models available.

　　In 1968, Oris obtained a full chronometer certification from the Neuchatel Observatory, one of the highest forms of recognition that exist for timepiece accuracy.

　　Today Oris's watches range from formal and dress time pieces to precision instruments for use by divers, drivers and pilots. (Star News)
