　　这段中的crowd是个很实用很地道的词，意思是公共场所的“人群”，一群人就可以说a crowd of people，来造个句子：

　　There was a crowd of people in front of the town hall.

　　市政大厅前有一群人。

　　当然，一大堆的东西也可以用a crowd of来形容，比如有个朋友很懒惰，每次去她家都会看到这样的情形：

　　I saw a crowd of magazines and papers on her desk.

　　关于crowd有个常用的习语，follow the crowd，“跟着人群”意思也就是“随大流”，用英文解释就是to always do what other people do, without thinking for yourself，举个例子：

　　今天我们要来学的句型是burst into，表示突然从一种状态进入另一种状态。

　　Burst是“冲、闯”的意思，burst into的愿意就是“闯入；匆忙进入”，比如：He burstsintosthe room.他闯入了房间。

　　当我们的情绪发生变化时，那种感觉就像某种感情突然闯进心房，一下子把我们控制，所以也可以用burst into来表示，后面接名词。

　　比如She burstsintostears(她突然哭了起来)，把tears换掉，变成laughter，意思就刚好相反，成了She burstsintoslaughter.她突然笑了起来。
