有个人驾车违反了交通规则，被迫请假上法院受审。

　　第【1】串：stand one's trial for

　　He is standing his trial for breaking the traffic rules.

　　等了一个又一个小时，还轮不到自己。临近黄昏时，法官才叫到他的名字，吩咐他明天再来。他气愤地对法官说道：“哪有这样的事？”

　　第【2】串：be one's turn

　　It is my turn to give a speech now and I am getting butterflies in my stomach.

　　法官干了一天的活，正好有气没处发，于是大发雷霆：“蔑视法庭，罚款十二元！”

　　第【3】串：fly into a rage

　　My father flew into a rage when he heard that I failed in my English test again.

　　过了一会，法官看见那人老老实实地开打钱包，不禁有点同情他了。

　　第【4】串：feel sympathy for sb.

　　I began to feel sympathy for the boy when he cried.

　　于是他改口说：“只要你承认错误，下次再罚吧。”

　　那人答：“不，我在看我带的钱够不够，如果够的话，我还有一句话要说。”...

　　第【5】串：draw back one's words

　　He drew back his words and said, "I was just kidding. Don't take it so seriously!"
