　　The new urban card "Capital of Fraternity" of Nanjing was first shown abroad on December 9. In the morning, Luo Zhijun, secretary of CPC Nanjing Municipality Committee, leading a delegation of 100 members, held a large-scale grand introduction meeting of Nanjing's economy, trade and tourism in Singapore. This is the first time that Nanjing holds abroad such a comprehensive urban image promotion and introduction integrating altogether a friendly visit, economic and trade exchanges, touring recommendation and cultural demonstration.

　　It is reported that last year travel agencies of Nanjing organized 15,000 tourists/times to go to Singapore for sightseeing and there were 25,000 tourists came to Nanjing from Singapore. For the moment, there are more than 200 projects invested by Singaporean businessmen in Nanjing. In his speech at the introductory meeting, Mr.Luo told guests that the "Capital of Fraternity" came from remarks of Dr. Sun Yat-sen. It embodies Nanjing's urban spirit of "tolerance" and the saying that the sea contains hundreds of rivers, and demonstrates broad-minded people of Nanjing. Especially in May the Singapore Airline began to open a freight air line, and next year it will open a direct passenger air line.

　　This introduction meeting has not only attracted officials from Singapore International Enterprises Development Bureau, the Singaporean China Federation of Commerce and Singaporean Tourism Bureau, but also attracted quite a lot of entrepreneurs of well-known enterprises.
