I have a good friend. Her name is Li Ling. She is thirteen this year. She is thin and tall. She has long hair. We are in the same class. She is very friendly to us.

　　She is good at learning, and she is always winning the first prize in exams. She says, "Nothing in the world is impossible if you set your mind to do it." So she does better than me in everything.

　　I am poor in English. She often helps me with my English. She says, "English is very important and very useful in the modern world. It is used by travellers and business people all over the world. What is more, the 2008 Olympic Games will be held in Beijing, China. We must learn English well." With her help, my English has got a lot better. I often pass examinations. Because Li Ling is hard-working, easy-going and always ready to help others, we all like her.

　　This is my friend. I am proud of my good friend-Li Ling.
