　　The Sudanese government and two rebel groups from western Sudan have opened talks in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Officials are expected to discuss a cease fire between the Sudanese government and two rebel groups. Earlier Thursday, rebels presented a list of conditions that delayed the start of the meeting. Officials are also likely to discuss the humanitarian crisis developing in the Darfur area of Sudan. More than one million people have been displaced. Government supported Arab militants are accused of human rights violations in Darfur.
