Pre-heat the oil to 80 C and fry half the scallops until cooked. Boil prawns, chopped cabbage and deli ham in large pot of water. Heat the oil again, stir-fry mashed garlic, beat the egg and fry it. Add the rice to the pan, and stir-fry it until grains of rice do not stick together. Then add the remaining raw scallops, chopped cabbage, ham, prawns and other seasonings including chopped green onion. Fry briefly, then remove from the stove and place on a plate. Put the fried scallops on top.
