　　1. matter在这里是动词，表示“关系重大，要紧”，尤其常用于否定句和疑问句，句子中包含what, who, where, if等词，通常以it作主语。比如说，What does it matter whether he comes or not? 他来不来有什么关系？也就是说他来不来并不重要。It doesn't matter to me what you do. 你做什么我都无所谓。

　　2. as long as表示“只要，如果”，比如说，As long as it doesn't rain we can go. 如果不下雨的话我们就去。

　　3. unconditional 是由conditional这个词加上否定前缀un-变化来的，表示“无条件的，绝对的”，比如说，an unconditional surrender的意思就是“无条件投降”。再来说说这个conditional，表示“依赖某事物的，含有条件的”，比如说，Payment of the money is conditional upon delivery of goods. 货到方可付款。
