  I’ve got backache.

  我后背疼。

  A Are you alright? You look stiff.

  A 你没事吧?看起来你的身体很僵硬。

  B 很可能是这样。但是太疼了。我想我今天需要休息。

  A You should take it easy and have a rest. Maybe have a back massage.

  A 不要太担心,好好休息一下。或许去按摩一下后背。

  B Good idea. Maybe tomorrow. It’s too painful now.

  B 好主意。可能明天吧。现在太疼了。

  Notes 注释

  1 If you want to ask someone how they are feeling in terms of health, you can also say: Are you alright? / Are you alright? ; Do you feel OK? / Do you feel OK?

  如果你想问某人感觉自己的健康状况如何,你也可以这样说:Are you alright? / 你没事吧?; Do you feel OK? / 你感觉好吗?

  2 You can talk about how you feel in this way, e.g. I’ve got backache. / I’ve got backache.

  你可以用下面的方法来表达你的感觉,例如:I’ve got backache. / 我后背疼。

  3 You can talk about how something hurts in various ways, e.g. My head hurts. / My head hurts; My back hurts. / My back hurts; It hurts quite a lot. / It hurts quite a lot.
