　　三、比赛演讲稿

　　This Is Me

　　Hello, everyone. My English name is Kylie. My Chinese name is Sun Tian. I am 8 years old. I am a girl. I am from Guangxi. Now I live in Nanning.

　　Do you want to know how I learn English? Two years ago I lived in Rong Xian. It’s a small town. One day, Dad said, “You have to go to learn English in another place.” I asked Dad, “Why do　I have to learn English?” Dad said, “Because English is useful.” Then I came to Nanning.

　　First I did not like Nanning, because I had no friends here. My mom and dad were not here with me. I felt very lonely. Two years later my English’ve become very good. I had to thank my dad. If he hadn’t asked me to study English, I would not have spoken English so well or have read so many English stories.

　　In the future when I grow up, I like to go back to my hometown, Rong Xian to teach the children English. Then they don’t have to leave their mom and dad to go a place far away to learn English like me.

　　大家好。我的英文名叫凯丽。我的中文名叫孙甜。我8岁了。我是个女孩。来自广西。我现在住在南宁。

　　你想知道我怎么学英语吗？两年前我住在容县。那是一个小县城。有一天，爸爸对我说：“你要去另外一个地方学英语。” 我问他： “为什么我要学英语？” 他说：“因为英语有用。” 然后，我就来到了南宁。

　　开始，我不喜欢南宁，因为我在南宁没有朋友。我爸爸妈妈也不在这里。我感到很孤独。两年后，我的英语有进步了。我应该谢谢爸爸。如果他没有让我学英语，我也许不会讲英语讲得这么好，更不会读这么多英语故事。

　　将来，我长大了，我要回到我的家乡容县，教那里的小朋友学英语。这样他们不用像我一样离开爸爸妈妈，到很远的地方去学英语。
