中央经济工作会议近日召开，我国2011年的货币政策正式发生了转向。多位专家分析认为，明年稳健的货币政策或将“中性偏紧”，央行将继续回收过剩流动性以防通胀加剧，新一轮加息周期或将到来。

　　专家表示，除了最近出台的措施外，也不排除会提高利率。我们已经进入了加息周期。

　　文中的interest rate hike cycle就是指“加息周期”，也称为“加息通道”，指的是在一定经济周期内的连续加息。这里的hike就指的是“价格、花费等的大幅度提高，猛增”，cycle就是“周期，循环”，例如business cycle(商业周期)、career cycle(职业周期)。

　　近期，由于hot money(热钱)的涌入，imported inflation(输入型通胀)风险增加，而且property bubble(资产泡沫)有加剧的危险。为此，我国严格限定银行的lending quota(贷款额度)，抑制speculative demands(投机性需求)，避免出现inflation fear(通胀恐慌)，并清理local government-backed investment units(地方融资平台)，避免出现系统性风险。
