无处不在的电子通讯设备似乎已经让我们具备了“不出门就闻天下事”的能力。不但如此，人与人之间交流方式也不再需要面对面了，短信、邮件、聊天工具等等都可以让我们随时找到对方。于是就有了现在越来越盛行的sofalizing(沙发社交)。

　　The term sofalizing is, of course, a blend of the words sofa (=soft, comfortable seat) and socializing, where this describes the activity of spending time with other people socially – in other words, socializing whilst lounging around on a sofa。

　　Sofalizing这个词当然就是sofa(沙发，或者任何柔软舒适的座椅)和socializing(社交)两个词组合而成的，socializing表示人们花时间在一起联络感情的行为，那么，sofalizing就是倚在沙发上跟别人联络感情。
