　　Grigory Mamurin, grandson of Russian multi-millionaire Igor Neklyudov, is making waves for his bizarre display of wealth. The 16-year-old made a video of himself asking people to perform humiliating tasks like stripping in public and drinking his urine in exchange for huge sums of money. Most people walked away while some accepted the challenge, but one man was so angered by the suggestion that he punched the rich kid in the face。

It starts with Grigory sitting in his expensive Mercedes limousine, talking to his audience. “Today we have come to Gorky Park in order to find out how much humiliation people are ready to experience for the sake of money,” he says。

　　He then proceeds to ask several passersby if they would consider drinking a glass of urine if he paid them 10,000 to 15,000 roubles ($200 to $300). Many of them walk away, disgusted. But one man finally stops, ostensibly tempted by the wad of cash in Grigory’s hand. He finally succumbs and ends up chugging a jar of Grigory’s urine, gagging and spluttering the whole time. There’s also a woman in the video who strips in a busy square, in exchange for money。

　　The highlight of the footage is a man seated on a park bench, who is clearly not impressed by Grigory’s offer. He punches the teenager squarely in the face, knocking him down to the ground. The video ends with Grigory and his friend buying two 2,500-rouble jars of raw red caviar for a couple of homeless men who have to eat all of it to get their financial reward. It’s pretty sick stuff…

　　Grigory, who compares himself with famous filmmaker Steven Spielberg, said: “I wanted to do something interesting, that people would like, something unusual. This is how the project was born, it shows what our society is ready to do for the sake of money. It has elements of show。”

　　Not many people who watched the video could see his point, though. Several commenters condemned him for his actions. “I think this guy should visit a psychiatrist – he suffers from sadism,” one person wrote。

I don’t get why it is a problem about me?” He also added that he was spending his “pocket money,” and not his parents’ money. “Of course, originally this is their money but this is also my savings. I got the money from my parents for my birthdays and saved quite a lot。”

　　“It is also a joint project, the money of my friends is here too. It is not like ‘Granddad, gives me 100,000 roubles and I will make people drink urine. My crews consists of me, plus cameraman, and a man who advertises, and another who helps with ideas。”

　　Unfortunately, Grigory’s parents and grandfather don’t find the video amusing. “I should say they do not approve of it,” he said. “But they don’t stop me. This is a rule in our family – even if you do not approve of something, you must respect what the others do. I can go on with the project。”

Neklyudov has ordered her to bring Grigory back to Khabarovsk urgently. He will continue studies at home where his granddad can watch him。”

　　Grigory’s plans remain unchanged, though. He intends to release a follow-up video in that features “a girl who agreed to lick the bottom of my boot from one end to the other for 10,000 roubles。” He clarified that his intention isn’t to criticise the people in his videos, but to understand that each of them has a “problem that makes them do this。”

　　“I do not criticise these people. I think each of them has problems which makes them do this,” Mamurin said. “We don’t know what we would have done if we had had the same problems. If to talk about me – I don’t think I was ever in a situation when I would drink urine。”
