　　A nine day old mona monkey is bottle-fed by its keeper on December 19, 2011 at the zoo in Magdeburg, eastern Germany. In the wild, the guenons live mainly in western African forests.

　　A seven month old female baby koala, as yet unnamed, is held by her keeper as she is weighed at Duisburg Zoo, Germany, Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2011. The young koala left her mothers pouch for the first time this week, enabling the keeper to weigh her.
