实用口语：“板着脸”用英语怎么说？

　　Why the long face？

　　an informal expression to ask why someone looks sad or upset

　　（非正式）询问某人为何失落或难过的表达方式

　　long face就像我们中文中常说的：拉着个脸，拉长脸，板着脸。。。总之都是脸色不大好看的形容方式。英语口语中人们就会用Why the long face？来问你是不是最近有什么烦心事儿。

　　You‘ve just got a new job a new man – you should be happy！ Why the long face？

　　你刚找到新工作和新男友，你应该开心呀！为啥又不高兴了呢？

　　A： Why the long face？ 

　　怎么了拉着个臭脸？

　　B： It‘s difficult to explain。 

　　很难解释

　　A： Don‘t think too much。 Maybe tomorrow will be different。 

　　别想太多，也许明天你的想法又不一样了。
