　　The off-season rates are less than half what they were charging during the peak season。 

　　淡季的收费比率比旺季的一半还少。

　　I try to travel during the off season， because everything is so much cheaper then。

　　我想淡季的时候去旅游，因为那时候的东西都会便宜很多。

　　It‘s off season now， so I doubt there will be too many shops open。

　　现在是淡季，所以很多商铺现在不一定会营业。
