　　Founded in 1845, University College Cork is one of the oldest universities in Ireland and is a constituent college of the National University of Ireland. It occupies a historic site near the city centre of Cork, Ireland's second largest city, and is beautifully situated on wooded grounds surrounding a nineteenth century gothic building.
