Tracy Chen joined Intel in April 2001 as A5T5 Staffing Manager. In March of 2004, she took on the challenge of building the China staffing team as PRC Staffing Manager, Tracy received her MBA degree in Canada prior joining in Intel. She has over 7 years of HR experiences in multinational companies before she pursued her degree.
