2019新浪教育盛典候选人物：于佳宁

　　新浪网、新浪教育频道主办的“新浪2019中国教育盛典”将于2019年12月3日在北京诺金酒店隆重举办，网络票选正式开启。本届盛典将力邀超过500位教育部及政府领导、国内外权威教育专家、知名高校代表、重点中学校长、新媒体负责人、各国使馆及文化教育协会官员、知名教育机构负责人、一线跨界明星、教育公益项目代表等，共同见证中国教育发展新篇章。最终获奖结果将由网友、媒体及专家评审共同决定。

　　以下是本年度教育盛典的提名人物于佳宁的简介：

　　于佳宁，博士毕业于中国人民大学(分数线,专业设置)，获经济学博士学位，副研究员职称（工业和信息化部评审），知名数字经济研究学者。于佳宁博士曾任工业和信息化部信息中心工业经济研究所所长职务，长期从事于政策研究，曾参与工业和信息化部多项政策起草研究工作。

　　于佳宁博士现任火币大学校长、中国通信工业协会区块链专委会副主任、中国计算机学会区块链专委会副主任委员、海南自贸区（港）区块链试验区特聘专家等职务。火币大学是聚焦于区块链技术新应用、数字金融新体系、分布式商业新模式等数字经济前沿领域的教育和研究机构，以培养区块链和数字经济领域顶级企业家为核心业务，目前学员已超过1000人。在北京、上海、杭州、深圳、海口、硅谷、东京、首尔等国内外十余个城市循环开课。

　　于佳宁博士是行业公认的顶级区块链专家，曾获全球区块链领袖奖、中国区块链十大风云人物等奖项，还曾受邀在北京大学(分数线,专业设置)、清华大学(分数线,专业设置)、香港大学、中欧国际工商学院等顶级高校讲授区块链课程，作为特邀嘉宾参与中央电视台、北京电视台区块链相关节目录制，观点被新华社、经济日报、经济参考报、人民网、Coindesk等全球媒体广泛报道。

　　于佳宁博士主编的《2018年区块链产业白皮书》（又名《2018年区块链产业发展报告》，工信部信息中心发布）是中国区块链产业发展史上里程碑式的权威白皮书，被全球各大媒体引用，直接影响部分地方政府产业政策。于博士还著有《谈网论道——中国信息通信业研究心得》、《中国艺术品投资概论》等专著 。

　　Dr。 Yu Jianing graduated from Renmin University of China with a Ph.D。 in Economics， and a well-known digital economics researcher。 Dr。 Yu Jianing has served as Director of the Institute of Industrial Economics of the Information Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology。 He has been engaged in policy research for a long time and has participated in many policy drafting research work of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology。

　　Dr。 Yu Jianing is currently the President of the Huobi University， the Deputy Director of the Blockchain Committee of the China Communications Industry Association， the member of the Block Committee of the China Computer Federation， and the Specialized Expert of the Blockchain Experimental Zone of the Hainan Free Trade Zone。 Huobi University is an educational and research institution focusing on the frontier fields of new distributed business models， new applications of blockchain technology， and new digital finance systems。 Though not a formal university， Huobi University‘s goal is to cultivate top entrepreneurs and investors in the blockchain field。 Though primarily focused on China， Huobi University has hosted courses in the United States， Japan， and South Korea， and have trained more than 1，000 entrepreneurs， business people， and blockchain industry elites。

　　Dr Yu Jianing is recognized as a top blockchain expert in the industry。 He has won global blockchain leader awards and top ten people in China‘s blockchain（2018）。 He has also been invited to Peking University， Tsinghua University， Hong Kong University， and China Europe International Business School to teach blockchain courses and has also been invited as special guests to participate in the recording of CCTV and BTV blockchain related programs。 His opinions were widely reported by Xinhua News Agency， China Daily， Economic Daily， Economic Information Daily， People’s Daily Online， Coindesk and other top media。

　　The 2018 blockchain industry white paper edited by Dr。 Yu Jianing （also known as “2018 Blockchain Industry Development Report”， published by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology） is a landmark white paper in the history of China‘s blockchain industry development， quoted by the major media and directly affect some local government industrial policies。 Dr。 Yu also has monographs such as “Talking about the Internet - China’s Information and Communication Industry Research Experience” and “Introduction to Chinese Art Investment”。
