调查显示14%的英国人对政治“毫无兴趣”

  The study found 17% of the UK population did not want a say. Some 12% said they would not be willing to do anything to influence a decision by local or national government. And 14% said they were "not at all interested" in politics.

  The findings come in the third annual audit of political engagement by the Electoral Commission and the Hansard Society.

  The report found poor people were far less engaged in politics than those who are more wealthy.

  Electoral Commission chairman Sam Younger said: "This latest audit demonstrates that social and political exclusion are inextricably linked.

  据英国《每日邮报》3月20日报道,这项调查显示,将近17%的英国人对政治不置可否;对于地方政府或中央政府的决定,约12%的人表示不想施加任何影响;有14%的受访者表示,他们对政治“毫无兴趣”。
