　　新冠肺炎扰乱了我们的正常生活，带给孩子们的是一段悠长的假期，在这个居家防疫的假期，多了很多亲子时光，也是家长们使出浑身解数跟熊孩子们斗智斗勇的“艰巨时刻”。如何陪伴孩子变“危机”为亲子凝聚的“机遇期”，听青苗国际幼儿园三大总园长共同为您支招：宅家时期，与“神兽们”的相处之道！

　　欲伏“神兽”/先平其心

　　疫情宅家期间，幼龄孩子往往精力比较充沛，有丰富多样活动的需求，疫情期间，长期待在局限空间的宅家生活，孩子出现情绪问题，烦躁不安甚至崩溃哭闹，越来越“不好管”怎么办？作为家长，我们应该如何帮助孩子做好情绪的疏导调节呢？别急，让我们来听青苗国际幼儿园区域总园长朱平女士给出的答案！

　　“神兽”有事做/家中保欢乐

　　疫情使我们今年的生活发生了很大改变，在如此漫长的假期中，如何在家中进行高效的亲子互动，增进亲子间的感情交流，让很多家长朋友们感到焦虑和为难……今天，我们也邀请了青苗国际幼儿园总园长王娜女士，为我们分享几个日常生活中实用的互动场景，让您与孩子在家的时光变得更加快乐、和谐、温馨。

　　“神兽”回笼/神形归位

　　春暖花开，各地陆续复工复学的消息传来，让我们对团聚的日子也越发期待。老师们都无比期待，在熟悉的幼儿园里再次见到孩子们可爱的笑脸。在此，我们的青苗国际幼儿园总园长王娅女士特别提醒大家：收心不能急刹车！在居家陪伴的日子里，大小朋友要一起准备，从环境、习惯、交流等方面合理制定计划，帮助宝贝们把心收回来！

　　The COVID-19 has been a real disturbance to our life. This extra-long winter vacation gives us not only more parent-child time but also challenges on how to keep our children’s time fulfilled. Today the principals from 3 BIBS campuses will discuss how they think we should get all long during this special home quarantine time.

　　01 Stay calm

　　Children are always energetic and require a lot of attention. It’s not uncommon to encounter anxiety, dysphoria and even crying and screaming. How do we properly manage our children’s emotion and respond to their needs? BIK Principal General Ms. Ping Zhu has the answer.

　　02 Keep them busy

　　The virus outbreak changed our life completely. While staying at home, it’s been many parents’ challenge to keep efficient and positive interactions with their children. Today Ms. Ya Wang the BIK Principal General will share with you a few scenarios of our daily life, and help us make our home time happy and pleasant.

　　03 Get ready for school time

　　It’s springtime. Business and schools are re-opening in many cities. Teachers and students are all looking forward to getting back to our lovely campuses. Ms. Ya Wang would like to remind parents not to rush getting our children emotionally ready for school. Let’s work together, set plans and make small changes gradually, and we will get there soon!
