　　The Academic Evaluation Centre (APS) provides services on behalf of the German Embassy in conjunction with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). The APS has two main duties: On the one hand, it is responsible for checking the authenticity of the documents provided by Chinese students who intend to study at German universities. On the other hand, the APS confirms whether the student meets the criteria required for enrolling in a German institution of higher education. The certificate issued by the APS is a necessary precondition for applying at a German university. Furthermore, the SPA-Program of APS offers assistance to Chinese students who want to apply for a master’s program in Germany. Selected master's courses are published on the APS website every autumn. 德国驻华使馆文化处留德人员审核部(简称审核部APS)是由德国驻华使馆文化处和德意志学术交流中心(简称DAAD)共同合作成立的服务机构。她审查中国学生材料的真实性和入学资格，并在审核合格后签发审核证书。审核程序对于奥地利和比利时的留学申请人同样有效。为简化中国学生申请德国高校的硕士课程，审核部同许多德国大学开展合作，每年秋季在审核部的网站上公布这些大学的下一年度冬季学期的学习位置，并且在审核部的帮助下挑选优秀的学生。
