首先是看翻译和写作预测，最好背诵记忆；其次是进行成套模考，回顾老师讲过的考试技巧；最后是调整心态，不要过分紧张。
除此之外，小董老师建议：
1.不建议做新的真题，以免影响心态。
可以抽取二轮真题训练中的真题再次练习，目的是巩固知识以及熟练运用技巧。（之前没有练习过真题的大大，可自行略过次条建议，考前做一两套真题练手还是很有必要的！）
2.调整做题时间，在真正的考试时间练习整套真题，将自己的兴奋点调整到考试的时间（四级上在午；六级在下午），同时练习在这一时间段里集中注意力。
3.回顾笔记，复习重点词汇及易错点，针对性提高自己的弱点。
4.饮食清淡，注意保暖。健康的身体有利于考试的发挥。
二、考试时间及流程
四级考试时间是12月16日 9:00到11:20；六级考试的时间是12月16日 15:00至17：25。
四级考试流程：

六级考试内容：
考试流程中需注意：1.建议提前进入考场试音，不可迟到，不可中途退场。
2.听力录音播放完毕后禁止答题，暂停考试收答题卡。所以，一定注意边听边涂答题卡。
3.禁止在写作和听力期间翻阅阅读试卷，严格按照考试流程作答。
三、考试中必须携带的证件及物品
1.考试时必须携带四六级准考证、报考时所使用的身份证件及学校规定的其他证件（一般为身份证及学生证）。
PS：准考证还没打印的同学，请尽快咨询学校教务处！！！
2.需要携带的物品：2B铅笔，黑色签字笔，橡皮，听力考试要求的耳机及备用电池，手表（根据各自学校要求准备）。
3.注意考试结束后，禁止将试题册等拿出考场，考试时老师会有口头提醒。（不要忽略考场老师口述的考试要求哦）

了解各题型分值能够根据各自所长，优化做题步骤，在有限的时间内尽可能的获得更多的分数。

◆刷真题，保持听感。有时间可以背真题中的陌生单词
◆正式听力前的试音部分，要抓紧时间读题
◆长对话：注重细节、要注意听问题，不要太在意没听清的，猜了答案就不要再纠结了
◆新闻/听力篇章：听关键词，听不懂也不要走神，选听的最清楚的一个选项
◆听力一定要边听边涂答题卡，结束听力后马上收卷的！

先浏览匹配选项，再看文章；看题时圈关键词、观点性句子

本着不会的就简化，会写的坚决不犯错的原则，少犯低级错误，尽量提高用词等级来加分。

◆确定文章时态！避免语法错误
◆确定文章主题，翻译主题关键字。如果遇到很难的关键词，就把它先翻译成简单的中文再进行翻译。

◆学会分解翻译。如果觉得一句话难翻译，就把句子先翻译成意思相同的简单中文，再用简单词汇翻译成英语。
