Sergio is talking to Julia on his mobile phone. She is desperate to find a restaurant.
Julia: where should I go for dinner tonight?
Sergio: How should I know?
Julia: You are the food expert. C'mon, help me.
Sergio: Why don't you go for Japanese food. You can have some fresh sashimi and sushi.
Julia: What else can you eat?
Sergio: There is miso soup, a variety of sushi including hand rolled cones and tempura. The tempura is a batter that is quickly deep fried just enough to cook the food inside it. I love it.
Julia: Is that all?
Sergio: Japanese food also consists of rice dishes like rice bowls and even noodles. You can have different kinds of noodles from egg to buckwheat. There is even Japanese fried dumplings called gyoza.
Julia: All of a sudden I'm hungry for Japanese food. But I forgot all the foods you just told me. Can you come with me and help me order?
Sergio: Well, okay. I'll meet you at the Japanese restaurant.
