　　1How many kites are there? (天上)有多少只风筝?

　　这是由how many引导的there be句型的特殊疑问句。句型为“How

　　many+可数名词复数+are there+地点状语?”，用来询问某地存在多少人或物，回答时用“There

　　is(are)....”。例如：

　　—How many birds are there in the tree?树上有几只鸟?

　　—There are five birds in the tree.树上有五只鸟。

　　注意在由how many构成的特殊疑问句中，how many后常跟可数名词的复数形式。how

　　many和它后面的复数名词是一个完整的词组，不能分开。
