  New York-a team of engineers with expertise in high-rise design, collapse and blasts prevention will 1 why the damaged World Trade Center(WTC)buildings and part of the Pentagon broke in to pieces after September 11's 2 attack, they will determine 3 future buildings can be designed to protect more lives 4 disasters.
