一、考向分析

　　1.专有名词的大小写及不可数名词的数量表示。

　　①September 10th is ______.

　　A. teacher's day B. Teachers' day

　　C. Teachers' DayD. Teacher's Day

　　Teachers' Day是专有名词，两个单词的首字母都要大写，故选C。

　　②He's left a ______ saying he has something important to do.

　　news(消息、新闻)为不可数名词，不能在其前直接加a/an；excuse是可数名词，其前可用an限定；leave a message为习惯用语，故选D。
