　　A fire at a private orphanage in Henan province broke out around 8:00 a.m. on the morning of Jan. 4, claiming the lives of seven children。

　　According to Lan Kao county police, the orphanage is home to Yuan Lihai, a famous street vendor known for adopting abandoned babies and orphans。

　　The cause of the fire is still under investigation。

　　据现场民警介绍，起火地点为兰考人袁厉害家，多名儿童在火灾中伤亡。

　　据了解，袁厉害多年来一直在兰考县人民医院门口摆摊卖东西，以收养弃婴和孤儿出名，其安置孤儿和弃婴的地方紧邻兰考县卫生局和兰考县人民医院。

　　目前，火灾已造成7名孩童死亡，具体伤亡人数和事发原因正在调查之中。
