“投资移民[微博]”猛增

　　China has seen a rapid rise in the number of so-called "investment immigrants" putting down roots abroad over the past three years, according to a report on China's migration status released Wednesday.

　　根据周三发布的中国国际移民报告，在过去三年中国到海外定居的“投资移民”数量迅速增长。

　　“投资移民”就是investment immigrants，这些人通过在海外购置房产来获得permanent residency(永久居留权)。报告还显示，多数海外购房的中国家庭都是为了孩子的教育。

　　2013年有900多万中国人移民海外，这使中国成为世界上第四大migrant-exporting country(移民输出国)。美国则是中国移民的最大目的地国。2013年美国发给投资移民的permanent resident visas(永久居民卡，绿卡)有四分之三是中国人获得的。
