　　A selfie stick is a monopod used to take selfie photographs by positioning a smartphone or camera beyond the normal range of the arm. The metal sticks are typically extensible, with a handle on one end and an adjustable clamp on the other end to hold a phone in place。

　　自拍杆是一种可以与智能手机或相机相连，远距离拍摄自拍照的单脚架。自拍杆的金属杆部分能够伸长，一端配有手柄，另一端配有可调夹头，用来在适当的位置固定手机。
