　　As we can see from the given chart, two diverse ways are demonstrated. On the first hand, just planning but without acting. But on the other hand, only acting without planning. I fear that it not utterly wise to agree with either of them. That is to say, both planning and acting are crucial when we deal with a coming project.

　　Generally, our act is taken into practice in the light of a perceive plan designed before commencement. The case to the point is: As soon as we determine to take an English test, the essential step is to make an appropriate schedule. In accordance with it, we should read through 100 passage during October, master the total use of common words within November, and write 20 essays during December. If all above is really well-done, we, I suppose, will gain an entire success without doubt. However, everything varies with time greatly. Only a will-planned project will be available and accessible. Any blind action maybe waste time and energy. In the simplest terms, neither of planning and acting is negligible; that is, planning is just calling for acting.
