　　A supermarket manager committedsuicide after the two familieshe had been hiding just ten milesapart for more than two decadesdiscovered his secret doublelife。

　　AndrewIngham, 50, divided his time between 12 children by two‘wives’ wholived within a 20-minutes drive of each other inHertfordshire。

　　But hecommitted suicide when Jacqueline, his legal spouse of30 years,and his mistress Anita Barrett found out about each other,aninquest heard。

　　He sank intodepression when they both left him in Decemberlast year and he wasfound dead in a tiny flat after being forced tomove there。

　　His olderchildren discovered his double life by piecingtogether clues theyfound on Facebook, and both women met inDecember。

　　Remarkably,he fathered four children with his mistress andeight children withhis wife. Mr Ingham’s oldest child with his wifeis 27, while hisyoungest child is eight。

　　During thehearing into his death at Chelmsford Coroner’sCourt, Mrs Ingham,48, and Miss Barrett, 42, sat at opposite ends ofthecourtroom。

　　Mr Inghammarried Jacqui, 48, in 1983. Together they bought ahouse in WelwynGarden City, Herts, where she still lives. Eightyears into hismarriage he started a relationship with Ms Barrett inHoddesdon, 10miles, or 20 minutes' drive, away。

　　The inquestheard that Mr Ingham committed suicide afterfeeling depressedabout ‘events which had been going on in hispersonal life’. Beforekilling himself he left a number of suicidenotes addressed‘to whom itmay concern’。

　　After theinquest Ms Barrett said: 'He spent half and half ofhis timebetween us. He was just a very good liar.'

　　She told

　　The Sun: 'Both families know each other now. We all foundoutat the same time - the eldest kids used Facebook to put italltogether.'
