下面看看这位有10多年教学经验的美国教师总结的与孩子聊学校的25个问题，这些问题或许可以给大家一些启发。
小学篇
1。 What was the best thing that happened at school today？ （Or： what was the worst thing that happened at school today？）
今天学校里最让你开心的事是什么呀？（或：有什么事让你觉得特别不高兴吗？）
2。 Tell me something that made you laugh today。
跟我们说说今天学校里让你觉得好笑的事呗。
3。 If you could choose who would you like to sit by in class？ （Who would you NOT want to sit by in class？ Why？）

其实，不仅和成年人聊天时要注意技巧，粑粑麻麻在和宝贝沟通时同样讲究方法，基本的原则可以概括为以下几点：
简化问题，避免抽象：在和孩子聊天时，家长们应该尽量问“小”不问“大”，选择一些简单、容易给出答案的问题。
先谈别人，减轻压力；家长可以试着不经意间问起班级情况，孩子往往会很乐意聊聊班里谁功课最棒、谁吃饭最厉害、谁又打架了、哪个男孩子又对哪个女孩子恶作剧等等看似与自己毫无干系，又不会对自己造成压力又有趣的八卦话题。
不要批评，要同理心：当孩子表达负面情绪时，千万不要第一时间进行说教和批评。家长应该先耐心倾听，表明自己的同理心，再一步步深入了解孩子的想法。
放下权威，将自己变成孩子：尝试把自己变成孩子，用他们的方式去说话，站在他们的角度去思考，往往能自然而然地拉近和孩子的关系，让他们觉得你很有趣，是“同类”，从而很愿意和你谈话。
