　　Rachel Ji joined Bertelsmann in September 2000, as the PR head for Bertelsmann China Holding GmbH, Shanghai Representative Office. She is responsible to lead the PR team to identify corporate PR strategy in China; propose and manage PR events; handle media inquires and crisis; and control usage of corporate branding and promotional materials, etc. Effective January 2004, she took over the Corporate HR Dept., in addition to the PR function, responsible for the HR operations of DirectGroup Bertelsmann China as well as management development for Bertelsmann China.

　　吉涵斌于2000年9月加入贝塔斯曼，负责贝塔斯曼中国控股有限公司上海代表处的公共关系部门。她的主要职责包括制定企业公关战略、负责策划和管理公关活动、处理媒体要求和媒体危机等。自2004年1月起，除负责公共关系之外，她同时出任企业人力资源部总监一职,负责贝塔斯曼直接集团的人事日常工作以及贝塔斯曼集团在中国地区的企业人才的管理发展。
