Gail and Nathan are both friends with the mother-to-be Katherine. Gail is planning a baby shower for Katherine, but she has no idea how to plan one. Listen as she asks Nathan for some guidance.

　　Gail: With Katherine’s delivery just around the corner, I thought it would be a really good idea to throw her a baby shower.

　　Nathan: Oh, that’s a really nice idea.

　　Gail: Yeah. That’s what I thought too.

　　Nathan: So, do you feel like getting something to eat?

　　Gail: Sure, but I thought we could talk about showers for a bit first.

　　Nathan: Talk about showers? Gail, something is obviously on your mind, so why not just go ahead and say it?

　　Gail: Ok, well the thing is, I was having lunch with Katherine yesterday and all of a sudden this shower idea came into my head and then, before I knew it, it just sort of popped out of my mouth.

　　Nathan: So, what’s the problem?

　　Gail: I have no idea how to throw a baby shower. I mean, what do you do?

　　Nathan: You’re asking me? I have no idea. Baby showers are for women.

　　Gail: I know, but can you just try to help me?

　　Nathan: Why don’t we look it up on the internet? Here let’s see what we can find… Actually, it seems like a no-brainer to me.

　　Gail: Really? So, what do I do?

　　Nathan: Find a time when all the women can come over to – what’s the venue?

　　Gail: My place.

　　Nathan: So, you send out invitations to all the women and they each bring a gift for the baby – something the mother can use once she has her child, like diapers I guess.

　　Gail: And then what?

　　Nathan: Then, you serve food, and she sits in the middle and opens the presents.

　　Gail: That’s it?

　　Nathan: It’s not exactly reinventing the wheel…

　　纳森：然后，你供应食物，她坐在中间打开礼物。

　　纳森：这又不要花多大的力气去做……
