［类比法］是一种特殊的比较法，等于是举例和比较的综合。它的目的是用一个具体而且容易了解的事物，以比较的方式，来说明一个抽象难懂的观念。［类比］仅指出两件事物的相同点，其对象不属于同一种类，而且必然是其中一个是主要的，另外一个是次要的，因为它是用来说明前者的。
