　　1be worn out穿坏；穿破；用尽

　　此处worn为形容词，强调状态。

　　Mum,look at my dress. It is worn out.妈妈，看看我的衣服，穿坏了。

　　2a pair of一双；一对；一副

　　该短语常用于一起使用的两个相同的东西或一件由两个相同部分组成的东西。如果该短语作主语，谓语动词的数要与pair一致。

　　This pair of shoes costs more than that pair.这双鞋比那双贵。

　　Several pairs of trousers are hanging there.那儿挂着几条裤子。

　　3try on试穿

　　You'd better try on the shoes before you buy them.

　　在买鞋之前你最好试穿一下。

　　注意：try on是动副短语，宾语如为名词，可置于on前或后，宾语如为代词，要放在on之前。

　　4think about思考，考虑

　　think about意指考虑(解决某一难题、问题)，宾语可由名词、代词、动名词从句或疑问词引导的不定式充当。

　　Are you still thinking about moving?你是不是还在考虑搬家?

　　I'am thinking about something else.我在考虑别的事情。

　　excited是形容词，意为“感到兴奋/激动的”。

　　I'm excited about passing the exam.我对通过这次考试感到激动。

　　此句型常用于购物，look for本意为寻找。

　　—What can I do for you?你要买什么?

　　—Im looking for a Tshirt.我要买一件T恤衫。

　　3What size do you need?你要多大号的?

　　size表示衣服、鞋帽等的“尺寸；号码”，常与what构成问句，用以询问东西的大小、型号，并可与数字连用，表示具体的号码、型号等。

　　4any other+可数名词单数其他的任何一个……

　　此处any为形容词，意为“任何的(三个或三个以上的人或物)”。

　　Kate is more beautiful than any other girl here.

　　凯特比这儿任何其他女生都漂亮。

　　注意：any other后的名词常用单数。

　　5a bit+adj./adv.有点儿……

　　a bit意为“一点儿”，后面可直接跟形容词或副词。如跟名词，则为a bit of，可与a little互换。

　　I feel a bit/a little tired and I want to have a good rest.

　　我感到有点疲劳，想好好休息一下。

　　Please give me a bit of/a little water.请给我一点儿水。

　　注意：a bit (of), a little用于肯定句中。所修饰的名词为不可数名词。

　　动词短语：vi+prep; vi+adv

　　动词加介词构成的短语须跟宾语(名词，代词，动名词等)，宾语位于介词后；动词加副词构成的短语有些不跟宾语(如get

　　up)，有些须跟宾语(如turn off)。动副短语的宾语位置分两种情况：名词作宾语位于副词后或动词、副词之间；代词作宾语必须位于动词、副词之间。试比较think短语的用法：

　　think about动介短语，考虑；思考

　　think of动介短语，关心；思考；想起

　　think over动副短语，仔细考虑

　　We are thinking about going to France for our holiday.

　　我们正在考虑去法国度假。

　　He is always thinking of others.他总是为别人着想。

　　I'd like some more time to think it over.

　　我需要再有些时间来仔细考虑这件事。
