Understand The Interview Process

　　The entire interview duration may take up to several weeks or months, with three to five rounds of interview sessions;

　　An interview schedule is typically pre-arranged, and can involve anywhere between 2-5 persons a day;

　　You are likely to meet more senior people as you progress further in the process;

　　The setting is usually one-to-one, but occasionally a team or a panel of interviewers may interview you;

　　Know who are your interviewers, their background, positions;

　　Duration of the interview is typically 30 minutes to one hour each.

　　整个面试过程可以持续几个星期到几个月不等，一般包括3至5轮面试；

　　面试时间一般是预先确定的，一天面试人数为2到5人；
