“最近比较烦，比较烦……”唉！我是what time，意为“几点”。也是大家的好朋友。但最近特别烦，要问为啥？让我告诉你吧：

　　一、 when独断专行

　　在人们心目中，对某一具体的时间点提问是我what time的职责，但不是我自己的专利，when也可以呀。如：What time / When do you usually get up?你通常几点钟起床？

　　对一段时间如在上午、在下午，或在哪一天、哪一年等非钟点性时间的提问只能用when。如：

　　—When is your birthday, Scott? 斯科特，你是何时出生的？

　　—My birthday is June Fourth. 我的生日是六月四日。

　　(这句中when就不能用我what time)。对此我只能望“词”兴叹！

　　二、 What's the time?的干扰

　　询问钟表所显示的具体时间，此时该我what time露一手了，如：

　　【误】—When is it, please?

　　—It's five o'clock.

　　【正】—What time is it, please?

　　—It's five o'clock.

　　What time is it? 也可说成What's the time? 受此影响，有些同学总认为What's the time就等于What time。所以划线提问时，常常出现错误，如：

　　I often go to bed at ten o'clock.

　　【误】What's the time do you often go to bed?

　　【正】What time do you often go to bed?
