We don't know being full is a kind of happiness until we feel hungry, we don't know health is a kind of happiness until we are ill, we don't know success is a kind of happiness until we meet failure, we don't know peace is a kind of happiness until we are in a war.

　　I often hear people complain that there isn't any happiness in their lives. Is that true?

　　Maybe it is a sunny day, we can put on our T-shirts and jeans, wearing a hat and a pair of beautiful sun-glasses, going outing with our classmates. We can see lovely birds flying through the woods, then we can stand on a branch. The song of the frogs in the pond shows their welcome. We can lie on the grassland freely if we like, looking at the sky which is as blue as the sea and the white clouds flying across the sky now and then. Isn't it the happiness we are looking for?

　　Or it can be a rainy afternoon, sitting by the window, we can see the rain falling from the sky, they are clean and transparent(透明的)， like the pearls spread by the angel. We can also look at the rainbow, we can also forget all the troubles. Isn't it the happiness we are looking for?

　　Dear friends, don't frown all the time, actually, it is easy to find the happiness around you, you are the happiest man in the world. Have a look at the sunlight in the morning, read a poem with a sweet voice under a big tree, walk slowly on the playground in the rain...

　　You will find happiness is around you all the time.
