  I think I will go to bed early.

  B Yes, you should do that. That’s the best thing for a headache – a good sleep.

  Notes 注释

  1 Remember, when talking about how you feel in terms of health, you use I feel . . . / I feel . . . eg: I feel sick / I feel sick: I don’t feel well / I don’t feel well. You can also describe exactly what you think is wrong, eg: I’ve got a headache / I’ve got a headache: I’ve got the ‘flu / I’ve got the ‘flu.

  记住,当谈论健康状况、感觉如何时,用I feel . . . / 我感觉 . . .例如:I feel sick /我感觉恶心;I don’t feel well /我感觉不太舒服。你还可以具体地描述你感觉哪里不舒服,例如:I’ve got a headache /我头疼。I’ve got the ‘flu /我感冒了。

  2 For advice and suggestions, you can use should / should, eg: I should get some sleep / I should get some sleep.
