APPLICATION PROCESS
Thank you for your interest in Fudan International School。
FDIS is now receiving applications for Elementary School， Middle School and High School for the 1st semester of the 2016-2017 Academic Year。 We are open for inquiries and school tours for all interested parents every Friday afternoon at 1：00。 If you are interested， please call us at （86-21） 65111292 or email us at admissions@fdis.net.cn to make an appointment。 Any questions by phone are welcomed as well。
When filling out the application， please follow all of the directions provided。 Applications will not be considered unless they are complete。
The materials to be submitted before the Application Deadline are as follows：
Complete Application Form。
Copies of the applicant‘s and both parents’ passport information pages AND visa pages。
Six passport-sized photos。
Other required materials （such as： previous school‘s recommendation letter， last year’s transcript， etc。） must be submitted within the time limit。
Applicants should bear in mind the following issues：
Fudan International School can help with student visas only if the student’s age is 16 or above。
If there are no spaces left at FDIS， qualified students will be put on the waiting list。
