　　Welcome to Macquarie Island, which is home to an incredible four million penguins of all shapes and sizes。欢迎来到麦夸里岛，400万身形体态各异的企鹅聚集于此，令人惊叹。

　　The penguins, which include about 850,000 breeding pairs of royals, pack on to beaches on an island that's only 20 miles long。这群企鹅里包括85万只繁殖配对的皇家企鹅，挤在仅20英里之长的海滩上。

　　It may be hard to believe now, but the population was once near extinction, following extensive hunting in the early 20th century for its fur and blubber.
