　　Business Transformation Solution Research

　　1. Research experience on business modeling, model transformation and synchronization, model verification and simulation, model based optimization, model-driven architecture(MDA) and model-driven development (MDD), with quality publications

　　2. Research experience on business integration and management, business optimization and re-engineering, with quality publications

　　3. Research experience on IT solution architecture plan, design and implementation, with quality publications, is a plus

　　4. Research experience on semantics technologies is a plus

　　5. Experience with management science (i.e., organization and behavior science) is a plus

　　6. Experience with financial services, telecom or logistics is a plus
